Wild Forest Raw Honey is a polyfloral, unfiltered raw honey collected from the untouched forests of Uttarakhand at altitudes of 1,200-2,400m. Unlike commercial honey, our bees forage across hundreds of wild flowering species - sal, sheesham, eucalyptus, wild mint, jamun blossom, and dozens more - producing a rich, complex flavour you won't find in single-origin or processed honey.

How to Use Wild Forest Honey

1-2 teaspoons on an empty stomach with warm (not hot) water and lemon - traditional Ayurvedic morning routine for digestion and immunity. Stir into curd, oatmeal, smoothies, or evening chamomile tea. Use as a topical wound dressing for minor cuts (raw honey is antibacterial). Never heat above 40°C - this destroys its medicinal properties.
